A help page can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/proposals.eaobservatory.org\/help\/\">here<\/a>.<b><\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Each proposal requires the following inputs:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Co-Is\n<ul>\n<li>names, institutes, email addresses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Receiver(s) needed\n<ul>\n<li>ancillary instruments (POL-2, FTS-2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>integration time (hours)\n<ul>\n<li>science time only; calibrations and pointing are not charged to the project and do not need to be estimated within the proposal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>weather band(s)\n<ul>\n<li>can the same science be achieved in poorer weather?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>targets and positions\n<ul>\n<li>are they visible from Hawaii at the time of year requested?<\/li>\n<li>see <a title=\"http:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/cgi-bin\/sourceplot.pl\" href=\"http:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/cgi-bin\/sourceplot.pl\">sourceplot<\/a> for help<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>an adequate scientific justification\n<ul>\n<li>consult your CoIs<\/li>\n<li>Is the .pdf version ready for upload? (see <a title=\"Preparing justification files\" href=\"http:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/jcmt\/proposals\/justification-files\/\">here<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Special constraints on observing\n<ul>\n<li>JCMT observing is normally executed &#8216;flexibly&#8217;, based on program priorities, current weather conditions and target accessibility.<\/li>\n<li>Are specific observing dates or conditions required to override the above normal observing plan ?
