{"id":3008,"date":"2015-05-18T09:39:12","date_gmt":"2015-05-18T19:39:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/jcmt\/?page_id=3008"},"modified":"2018-08-29T12:07:02","modified_gmt":"2018-08-29T22:07:02","slug":"retired-receivers","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/jcmt\/instrumentation\/heterodyne\/retired-receivers\/","title":{"rendered":"Retired Heterodyne Receivers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the JCMT <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/jcmt\/science\/archive\/\">Science Archive<\/a> one can find data obtained with the following receivers in combination with the retired DAS (Digital Autocorrelating Spectrometer, see <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/JCMT\/publications\/newsletter\/jcmt-n1.pdf\">JCMT Newletter 1 (July 1993), page 28<\/a>) backend.<\/p>\n<p>The raw data from these observations obtained after approximately September 1993 (GSD format, version 5.3), have been <a href=\"http:\/\/starlink.eao.hawaii.edu\/docs\/sun259.htx\/sun259.html\">converted<\/a> to the ACSIS format used by our current backend, and are available through the Science Archive. The data are labelled there with -DAS. E.g., converted observations from RxB3I are found under instrument RxB3I-DAS.
