We provide a streamlined <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/jcmt\/observing\/omp\/\">observing management program<\/a> that provides real-time feedback to scientists, whilst supporting a complement of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/jcmt\/observing\/getting-started\/#Starlink_analysis_and_reduction_software\">advanced data reduction tools and user guides<\/a>.
