If you are interested in joining one of the new programs or programs that were approved for an extension please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/jcmt\/science\/large-programs\/\">Large Programs<\/a> webpages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Astronomers from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/jcmt\/proposals\/eao_eligibility\/\">EAO region (CN, JP, KR, TW) or partner (CA, UK)<\/a> institutions are welcome to join new programs under the Open Enrollment process as well as astronomers from <a href=\"https:\/\/vnuhcm.edu.vn\/\">Vietnam<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.narit.or.th\/en\/\">Thailand<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.um.edu.my\/\">Malaysia<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.itb.ac.id\/\">Indonesian<\/a> as these regions have \u201cobserver\u201d status with the JCMT. <strong>Open Enrollment to programs approved for time during the 20A Call for Large Programs is open now and will close March 13th 2020<\/strong>.
