{"id":13174,"date":"2025-04-07T23:06:54","date_gmt":"2025-04-08T09:06:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/jcmt\/?p=13174"},"modified":"2025-04-07T23:06:54","modified_gmt":"2025-04-08T09:06:54","slug":"users-meeting-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eaobservatory.org\/jcmt\/2025\/04\/users-meeting-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Users Meeting 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are pleased to announce that\u00a0JCMT\u00a0Users meeting will be held <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">from July 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0to July 4<sup>th<\/sup>, 2025<\/span><\/strong>, in\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Chiang Mai, Thailand<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0The meeting will consist of both talks (invited and contribution) and posters on the current progress and updates on\u00a0JCMT\u00a0sciences and instrumentation. We also plan to arrange hands-on tutorial sessions and lectures for\u00a0JCMT\u00a0observations and data reduction, which would help beginners become more familiar with\u00a0JCMT.\u00a0As many of you may know, the partnership of the East Asian Observatory and\u00a0JCMT\u00a0has been changed, which may require reorganize the\u00a0JCMT\u00a0user community, but at the same time allows the community to start new collaborations using\u00a0JCMT. The users meeting would provide an excellent occasion for the community to have such discussions.
