Software Requirements
Zoom connection details will be sent to the local regional coordinators a few days prior to the start of the meeting.
Prior to the start of the Workshop, all participants should ensure that they have already downloaded, installed and test-run the following:
- The Zoom videoconferencing client software
- The JCMT Observing Tool
- Note that this will also require the prior installation of Oracle’s Java Runtime Environment)

Participants should also ensure that they have downloaded the sample datasets needed for our online tutorial exercises. The tutorial datasets are available for download here.
Additionally, any participant that has not already done so should create a user account for the EAO proposal submission and review system, Hedwig. Hedwig user registration can be done here.
